Question: It seems like nothing different in different iteration i? Because Flux and JacobiStep are all set to zero in the begin of a iteration, and Position and Temperature are not changed during the inner for loop. Therefore, Flux, JacobiStep, Temperature and Position will be all same in the end of each iteration.

dT is set tho the differences between temperatures of nodes. That will effect how much the temperature of each node changes.
