@ xingdaz I am pretty sure, yes but in the larger scheme of things, it does not matter. If the bandwidths are different then n/Blarge would be much smaller than n/Bsmall and hence transfer rate would be faster (less time) in the case of larger bandwidth. This can be seen by the allocation of times represented in the diagram above - the blue block is larger than the gray one.
