I have learnt 'write-after-read' (WAR) dependency when I was undergraduate, which describes a situation that a write instruction must be executed after a read operation, for example they are dealing with the same variable. However, in this lecture, this dependency can be relaxed by TSO or PC, it's because we suppose that we are dealing with different variable.
